Dynamo tools

Sheet Factory

Creates every sheet from a CSV list, assigns titleblocks, and skips numbers that already exist rather than duplicating them.

“200 sheets, one at a time, before anyone can draw.”

$9 Buy

Parameter Filler

Batch-sets parameters from a spreadsheet. Never overwrites an existing value, and every rejected row comes back with the reason.

“Typing the same value into 800 elements.”

$9 Buy

Room Data Exporter

Rooms and areas to CSV with GIA totals by level. Unplaced rooms are flagged separately, so your totals stay honest.

“The area schedule doesn’t match the brief.”

$9 Buy

View Colorizer

Colour any view by any parameter, with an automatic legend. Uncoloured elements are your missing data, visible in seconds.

“Which rooms are missing a department?”

$8 Buy

Warning Reporter

Every model warning to CSV with element IDs, grouped and counted by type — so you can see which three problems are most of the list.

“3,000 warnings and no idea which matter.”

$7 Buy

Sheet Register Exporter

The full drawing register out to CSV — numbers, names, revisions, drawn/checked, issue dates. Entirely read-only.

“Maintaining the register in two places.”

$7 Buy

Document packs

BIM QA Checklist Pack

Three checklists — model QA, drawing issue, site inspection. Sign-off lines turn each run into an auditable record.

“Every revision cloud started as a skipped check.”

$8 Buy

50 AI Prompts for Revit

Field-tested prompts across automation, QA, families, documentation and career. Every one shows exactly what to fill in.

“AI writes terrible Dynamo scripts.”

Questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. Every tool is a plain .dyn file that opens in the Dynamo already built into Revit. No packages, no add-in, nothing to maintain when Revit updates.

Will it damage my model?

Existing data is skipped by default, never silently overwritten, so running a script twice is safe. Several tools are entirely read-only. Every run returns a report of exactly what it created, what it skipped, and any errors with the reason — so you can verify before saving. Test on a copy the first time, as with any automation.

Which Revit versions?

Revit 2024, 2025 and 2026, using Dynamo 2.x with the IronPython2 engine. On an older version, email me before buying and I'll tell you honestly whether it will work.

Doesn’t Revit already export warnings?

It does — the Review Warnings dialog has an Export button that writes an HTML file. What it gives you is one row per warning, ungrouped. On a model with 1,200 warnings that tells you nothing about which types are causing them. Warning Reporter groups and counts by type with element IDs, so the three problems worth fixing are obvious immediately.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

Send me the exact text from the OUT port and your Revit version. The report is written to be diagnostic, so that usually tells me the cause in one read, and I'll fix it. If it genuinely can't do what you needed, I'll refund it.

Who made these?

I'm Bhavik Vekaria, a practising architect and BIM coordinator with 9 years in Revit production. I wrote these because I needed them myself — which is why they skip existing data rather than overwriting it, and why the error messages tell you something useful.
